This is your basic recipe for biscuits and sausage gravy, complete with homemade biscuits and subbing in ground venison breakfast sausage (50/50 venison/pork) as the meat! This is the first year we made breakfast sausage with some of our venison, so the first time we’ve had this for breakfast, but will definitely do it again. All 4 of us gave it five stars. [Shout out to Ben Smith for the investment in deer processing equipment that he & Hubby used to process the venison into sausage so we could make this sweet breakfast!]
