Best thing we did this year was grind & freeze one-pound bags of half venison and half pork trim; it makes hamburger dinner super easy.
-Cooking spray in a glass dish.
-Season heavily with Watkins Hamburger Seasoning (or your favorite seasoning flavor) on one side (face down in the pan), salt/pepper on the other.
-Cook at 375°F for 25min.
-Take out of the oven. Top with cheese and cover with aluminum foil for 5-10min before eating.
