Christmas Eve Breakfast Sandwiches

Hubby used spicy pork/venison (50/50) ground sausage to make thin quarter pound patties. He fried them up on a skillet and we put them on toast with scrambled egg patties and cheese. Delish! (First blog post and I forgot to take pictures. Next time!)
