Classic Spaghetti

We didn't have a plan for dinner tonight, but you can always quickly thaw 1lb of venison in the sink and with a few on-hand ingredients: classic spaghetti was on the table in no time!


-Chop a container of mushrooms and an onion.

-Sauté in olive oil until onions are translucent. Remove from heat and set aside.

-Brown ground venison. Add 1tsp Italian seasoning.

-Add sauteed onions and mushrooms to the meat.

-Add a jar of Prego or Ragu or whatever tomato sauce you like

-Add a chopped yellow pepper.

-Cook until heated through. You can simmer until you're ready to eat.

-Serve over pasta or on cheesy garlic toast.
