Confetti Spaghetti (aka Clean-Out-The-Fridge Spaghetti)

Brown 1lb ground venison


Chop all of the leftover veggies you have in the fridge and the pantry. In our case:

-one onion (diced)

-one carrot (peeled and grated on a cheese grater)

-one zucchini (partially peeled and grated on a cheese grater)

-6 small sweet peppers (diced)


Sauté veggies in with the browned meat. I added 1-2Tbsp olive oil.


Add one large jar of Prego and 1-2tsp Italian seasoning.


Simmer until done to your liking.


Serve with Aldi take-and-bake bread and your favorite noodles. (And serve the little guy his first real food ever...avocado.)
