Tonight’s dinner ranks in Daughter’s “Top 2.” (Second only to tacos, aka tac-does, which I’m sure we’ll eat, and I’ll feature, soon.) Crockpot lasagna with ground venison loaded with veggies - tonight’s version includes orange pepper, mushrooms and onions. No pre-boiling noodles (regular noodles!) required in this delicious dinner. Our crockpot cooks it in 3-4 hours. If you don’t grease the crockpot in advance it can get kind of crispy (some say “burnt”) on the edges, which I happen to like, but today, I greased it. Served with garlic cheese toast and canned corn.
