Fish house dinner - not venison, but definitely “home caught!“ Fresh caught walleye and perch out of the fish house on rattle reels and fishing poles. No tip-ups today; it was too cold (high of 5°F) and the fish were active enough inside the house! All four of us caught fish. Such fun!
Battered with Fry Magic and deep fried. Served with a side of tater tots, and apples & oranges. [Forgot the tarter sauce and lemon juice. Oops! Thankfully it doesn’t need it.]
