Fresh Venison Tenderloin

Two deer during opening rifle in Wisconsin for Hubby's family means tenderloin for dinner!


Sear each side in a cast iron pan, then cook in a preheated 250°F oven until they reach 130°F. Take out and let sit.


Drizzle with butter/brown sugar/maple syrup glaze, as desired. Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed carrots.
