We all agree. A propane deep-fryer is the way to go. French fries, breaded walleye, and breaded venison all taste better in a proprane deep-fryer. And if your Hubby cooks, all the better!

Fried venison is relatively new to us. Hubby discovered it on a fishing trip in the Boundary Waters when they realized it was the only way they could successfully cook venison with the limited gear they had with. Tonight, we used doe backstraps. Preferred breading in the pics.
