I must say, if there was ever a way to start your Sunday, Venison sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins are the way to go! In my family, when someone else cooks or pays for a meal, we call it “gourmet.” Since Hubby made breakfast this morning, it sure is gourmet!
His secret to making the egg patties: Scramble an egg in a small microwave safe bowl (size of bowl should approx equal the size of the bread), add a splash of milk, and microwave for a bit (30ish sec) then flip it and microwave again (30ish sec). Add cheese and microwave til melted. He says he doesn’t follow a strict cook time, just “until done.”
