Inner Loin & Heart from an Illinois Buck

Hubby just got back from a 10 day bow hunting trip, hunting white tails on public land. He shot a doe mid-week and in the last hours on the final day he shot this beauty buck! Hubby cut up the inner loin and heart and pain fried them in butter and lots of garlic salt for dinner. Served with a side of mashed potatoes and roaster broccoli, mushrooms, and onions.
