Mixed Berry Pancakes with Venison Sausage

A typical weekend breakfast for us is pancakes & venison. Todays meal featured mixed berry pancakes and spicy venison sausage patties, complete with butter and Wisconsin maple syrup, made from maple sap from our family land...we even "helped" collect the sap a time or two.
