Need. New. Bacon. Recipes. But BLTs are so good!

Venison bacon BLTs for us again tonight, but no complaints here. As usual, featured with avocado, cucumber and cheese in addition to the B, the L, and the T. Anyone have favorite bacon + vegetable dinner recipes?

In other news, I used our last 1lb package of ground venison, so time to get grinding! I will feature this process when we get to grinding.
