Hubby has been out of town fishing on Lake Erie, so I made this on Monday and we’ve been eating it all week. Forgot to take pictures on days 1-4, by still delicious on Day 5.
A one pot meal- I used ground venison, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, and rotini. Added spinach and pepperoni in at the end (after cooking in the IP), right before the shredded cheese.
