We satisfied our salad craving tonight with a meal that I introduced to Hubby when we first started dating It’s called “Chop everything up and make a salad.” Today’s version included: a little lettuce (not that important to have lettuce), broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, yellow bell peppers, red bell peppers, cucumbers, avocado, sunflower season, crasins (dried cranberries), ranch and VENISON BACON! We had leftovers from breakfast, so just chopped it up and sprinkler it on top of the veggies. A great way to end the weekend.
