One of our top favorite ways to eat venison- tacos! You’ll see this one in the rotation quite often. Ground venison, sauté in mushrooms and onions, add your preferred taco flavoring. Served on chips or in taco shells along with: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell peppers, olives, avocado, sour cream, and salsa. With a side of corn. Skip any of those ingredients and they aren’t tacos!
