Venison Bacon, part of a complete breakfast

We had family over for breakfast and I decided venison bacon, pancakes and apples was the way to go. Because it was for a crowd, I wanted to cook the bacon all at once, so tried it in the oven (instead of the usual cast iron pan on the stove).


Parchment paper + 400°F + 15min-ish (flip half-way) = delicious!
