Venison Brats

Okay, so these were delicious. I beer-boiled 'em in Busch Lite and then pan-fried them in a cast iron skillet. The casings fell off during beer-boiling. Still not sure why...any ideas?


Our first year making brats (50% ground venison, 50% pork trim), but I'd definitely recommend. An easy dinner to keep ready in the freezer too.
