Today I am making our favorite chili recipe, which we will freeze and eat in the fish house later this week. The recipe is from AllRecipes.com and features many flavors, including coffee, beer and cocoa. Today, we used an espresso milk stout from Surly Brewing, and our veggies include onions, mushrooms and red pepper. I mostly follow the recipe, but sub ground venison for ground beef (duh) and omit the cayenne (so it’s kid friendly).
