New recipe here for fall! Inspired by this recipe featured by Delish, but of course substituting ground venison for ground beef. The spaghetti squash turned out perfect - if you haven't used spaghetti squash instead of noodles before, I highly recommend it as a "healthy" alternative. You can add a lot of cheese if it's too healthy for you :)
For the meatballs, I followed the directions, but added chopped onion too and an extra clove of minced garlic. The cooking time was longer than 15min, but I just baked them until inner temperature was >160F. I followed the directions on the sauce, with an extra clove of minced garlic. Can you tell I love fresh garlic?!
I think it turned out great and will definitely make again this fall, maybe even make twice the meatballs next time and then use them on hoagies to make meatball sub sandwiches. I hope you enjoy!
