Well, we returned from vacation to an empty fridge. Venison spaghetti it is! Ground venison browned, along with sautéed garlic and onions and topped with shredded pepper jack cheese. I just used a jar of Prego - this time “roasted garlic & herb” as well as a bit of oregano and parsley from the spice rack. Normally I’d add sautéed mushrooms and peppers too and then a side of veggies, but as I said, empty fridge! Aldi’s Take & Bake French Baguette from the freezer for the win!
