BYOF Fish Fry

Well, we’re at it again - on the lake, catching mostly perch and walleye. Soooo of course we had a fish fry dinner. This time at a BYOF (bring your own fish) restaurant where they have a filet station for cleaning your own fish, then you bring the filets into the restaurant and they bread ‘em, fry ‘em and serve ‘em up with a side of fries. Everyone is happy.
